Job summary

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a Witney based business to recruit a Lettings Portfolio Manager who will oversee the day-to-day management of their residential property portfolio. You will manage in-house tenancies from the Witney office, coordinate tenant screening, new lets, renewals and rent reviews, and maintain compliance while keeping accurate records for directors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Lettings or Property Management role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritise a high-workload while maintaining an exceptional standard of work.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house tenancies from the Witney office.
• Coordinate tenant screening, applications and referencing.
• Manage new lets, renewals, rent reviews, and notices.
• Schedule inspections, inventories and pre-tenancy works.
• Monitor rents and arrears, liaise with tenants, agents, accounts and solicitors.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records for directors.
