Location: Kensington & Chelsea, Central London
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Type: Full-Time in office, Permanent

We are seeking a Lettings & Compliance Coordinator to support a dynamic lettings team operating at the very heart of Kensington & Chelsea. This is a key role that blends property knowledge, operational efficiency, and client service in a fast-paced, high-value environment.

You will play a critical part in ensuring legal compliance, operational accuracy, and seamless tenancy experiences for both landlords and tenants.


What You'll Be Doing


Lettings & Compliance Excellence



  • Conduct and manage tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screenings

  • Draft and manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and deposit registrations

  • Oversee all move-in/out compliance and maintain up-to-date tenancy records


Operational & Team Support



  • Organise property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling

  • Manage office supplies, key logs, calendars, and general administration

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for tenants and landlords


Systems & Reporting



  • Maintain accurate records using Alto CRM and internal shared systems

  • Assist with tenancy lifecycle reporting, budgeting support, and compliance audits


What We're Looking For



  • Must have prior experience in a lettings administration or property coordination role (essential)

  • Must have experience in a London-based estate agency office (essential)

  • Deep working knowledge of tenancy law, deposit regulations, and compliance standards

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills

  • Tech-savvy with solid knowledge of CRM systems (Alto preferred), Microsoft Office, and digital filing systems
