The role involves generating valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion while identifying opportunities for Mortgage Advisor referrals.

Formación

• Experience in property sales or estate agency preferred.
• Able to generate new business in target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holding a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and book property valuations
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers and agree sales
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion
• Schedule appointments for branch Mortgage Advisor
