Job summary

Pittis - Arun Lettings is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our team. You will start with a daily team briefing, pursue leads by phone, and connect landlords with ideal tenants.

You’ll show homes, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover of keys at day’s end. The role offers uncapped commission with a guaranteed earnings period in the first four months and a minimum combined income target thereafter, plus a strong benefits package and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and own car required.
• Experience in sales or letting/estate agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Kick off the day with a team huddle and set targets.
• Make calls to leads and convert calls into opportunities.
• Match landlords and tenants to suitable properties quickly.
• Show homes, close deals and celebrate successes.
• Finish the day with handover of keys and closing activities.

The Package

Basic Salary: £21,000

Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
