haart Estate Agents, part of Spicerhaart, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for its Medway branch. You will drive landlord and tenant relationships, arrange viewings, negotiate tenancies and market properties to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work under your own initiative.
• Good telephone manner.
• Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages).
• Attention to detail.
• Ideally a working knowledge of current Residential Lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Marketing properties to tenants using various marketing skills.
• Generating new and repeat business for the branch.
• Canvassing the local area to generate opportunities.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping as part of outreach.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
