Job summary

One Manchester is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to manage the full lettings journey for market rent and rent‑to‑buy properties in Manchester. You will drive occupancy, manage enquiries, viewings, tenancy sign‑ups and rent collection while delivering excellent customer service.

We expect strong lettings experience, negotiation skills and a customer‑focussed approach to achieve income targets. This is a full‑time, 35‑hour role based in Manchester with agile working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lettings or a similar customer‑focused environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills with target awareness.
• Knowledge of tenancy processes and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end lettings for market rent and rent‑to‑buy properties.
• Maximise occupancy, reduce voids and meet income targets.
• Generate and convert enquiries, conduct viewings and progress applications.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, collect rents/deposits and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely lettings and good customer service.
• Promote properties via digital channels and portals; monitor market trends.
