Pear Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for our client in Hoddesdon. The role focuses on generating new business, matching applicants to properties, and arranging viewings while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

You will build relationships with landlords and tenants, handle enquiries, and work toward both individual and team targets. A full UK driving licence and own car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Register, qualify and match applicants to properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewings.
• Follow up leads and maximise lettings opportunities.
• Understand lettings legislation and requirements for tenants and landlords.
• Liaise with landlords for viewings, offers, feedback and advice.
• Keep clients updated and maintain excellent communication.
• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
