Johns&Co is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing lettings team at Royal Wharf, London. With 30+ flats available, the role offers strong earning potential for driven individuals.

You will register and qualify applicants, match them with properties, conduct viewings, and manage the full offer process while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. ARLA qualification is desirable; a valid driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• ARLA qualification desirable.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of current lettings legislation.
• Self-motivation and excellent organisation in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Register and qualify applicants and match them to rental properties.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings and showcase portfolio of properties.
• Manage the full offer process from negotiations to handover.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Salary; £21,000 + scaled commission structure

Guarantee; 2 months

OTE; £50,000-£60,000+

Location; 70 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SL

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our top-performing Lettings team at Royal Wharf. With an average of 30+ available flats, this role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals.

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will register and qualify applicants to the highest standards, matching them with their ideal rental properties, while coordinating and conducting property viewings, showcasing our impressive portfolio of premium properties.

You will be managing the full offer process, from initiating negotiations to key handover, ultimately delivering unparalleled customer service that exceeds the expectations of our valued clients.

Your Skills and Experience:

• You have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency.
• You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• You are ARLA qualified (desirable).
• You hold a valid driving licence (essential).
• You have outstanding communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients at all levels.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
• You possess self-motivation and exceptional organisation skills, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
