Lettings Negotiator – Fortuna and Co. – Prime Central London

Are you an ambitious Lettings Negotiator with solid experience in Prime Central London? Do you bring energy, charisma, and the confidence to win business in a competitive market—while building genuine relationships with high-value clients?

Fortuna and Co. is seeking a driven, personable, and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in the luxury market and is looking to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage applicant registration, qualify leads, and match clients to some of the most prestigious homes in Kensington, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Mayfair, and Marylebone.
  • Conduct viewings with professionalism, presence, and strategic warmth.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and confidently.

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Actively generate and convert new business through referrals, social media, and your network.
  • Bring a persuasive, confident sales style—balanced with emotional intelligence and integrity.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create campaigns and digital assets that resonate.

Client Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Advise on property presentation, pricing, and market trends with credibility and insight.
  • Own the process—communicating clearly and consistently from enquiry to tenancy completion.

Learning & Growth

  • Embrace mentoring, coaching, and opportunities for professional development.
  • Be hungry for knowledge and growth, with a long-term ambition to lead and make an impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator in Prime Central London
  • Proven success in winning new instructions and closing high-value deals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: charisma, confidence, and emotional intelligence
  • Solid understanding of the lettings process, legislation, and compliance
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and ready to grow into a leadership role
  • Learning-based mindset and coachable attitude
  • Strong follow-up discipline and independent lead generation ability
  • Polished, well-presented, and personable
