Miles & Barr Estate Agents in Folkestone is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy lettings team. You will lead property viewings, understand clients' needs and deliver a warm, professional service throughout the tenant journey.

This full-time fixed-term role offers £29,000 OTE and a supportive environment with benefits through Lomondlife, plus opportunities to develop your career in a growing Kent network.

Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £29,000 on target earnings

• Getting to know our clients and understand their property dreams and desires.
• Leading property viewings, offering detailed and insightful information to potential tenants, making each visit informative and engaging.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout their property journey.
• Working closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
