Job summary

Oakwood Estates is a fast-growing independent estate agency in Beaconsfield seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator. You will register applicants, book and conduct viewings, and convert viewings into deals while building strong landlord relationships.

The successful candidate must be presentable, well-spoken and possess a full UK driving licence, with ambition to succeed in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Well-presented and articulate with good local knowledge.
• Ambitious and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and scheduling viewings.
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords.
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals with landlords and tenants.
• Updating landlord directories and developing client relationships.
• Devising marketing material and assisting in campaigns.
• Booking valuations and maintaining shop window display.

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Lettings Representative to take up the position as Lettings Negotiator. The successful applicant will need to be well-presented and well-spoken with a full driving licence and knowledge of the local area. With strong incentives for hitting targets, the candidate must be ambitious and driven to succeed.

Roles

• Registering Applicants
• Booking and conducting viewings
• Provide written and verbal viewing feedback to Landlords
• Building rapport with Landlords
• Negotiating and putting forward offers by written and verbal means
• Running the touting system in a quick efficient manner
• Updating the Landlord Directory with new leads
• Calling through the Landlord Directory and trying to secure valuations
• Matching properties and undergoing call rounds
• Devising marketing material and assisting in marketing campaigns
• Keeping the shop window updated
• Booking Valuations

Opening Hours

• Monday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm
• Fridays - 9am - 5pm
• Saturdays - 9am to 4pm (1 in 2)
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
