Job summary

Connells Group in Park Farm, Ashford is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the residential lettings team and deliver exceptional client service while driving business results.

You will generate rental valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate lets and progress lets to move-in, supported by industry-leading training and clear career progression within Connells Group.

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented.

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking rental valuations and market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
• Progressing lets through to move-in

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally have previous lettings or sales experience
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
