WSS Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead the Hampstead team. This hands-on role focuses on winning instructions, growing the portfolio and driving performance of negotiators.

You will value and list rental properties across Hampstead and NW London, source new lettings, re-engage existing clients and build lasting landlord relationships. You'll mentor the lettings team and oversee deals from instruction to completion, ensuring exceptional client service and growth.

• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and motivating a team.
• A proactive approach to generating business rather than waiting for leads.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Local knowledge of Hampstead and North West London is an advantage.
