Job description

We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a part-time permanent basis.

We can be flexible with the location of this role with offices in Newbury, Basingstoke, Bristol, and Hurn.

You'll be working Monday - Thursday (29 hours) with a mix of being at home and in the office. There will be occasional travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and team meetings.

The starting salary is £19,197 - £21,946 depending on experience (£24,493 - £28,000 full-time equivalent).

The Role

Our Coordinators play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need.

You will support one of our lettings teams with administrative tasks such as advertising new lettings opportunities, liaising with customers, issuing and following up legal paperwork, data input across multiple systems, and tenancy setup.

This is a busy role requiring multitasking, navigating our in-house systems, and working to deadlines.

We are looking for:

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently and use your initiative
  • Experience using multiple IT systems and basic knowledge of Excel

A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
