The starting salary is £19,197 - £21,946 depending on experience (£24,493 - £28,000 full-time equivalent).

The Role

Our Coordinators play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need.

You will support one of our lettings teams with administrative tasks such as advertising new lettings opportunities, liaising with customers, issuing and following up legal paperwork, data input across multiple systems, and tenancy setup.

This is a busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigating our in-house systems, and working to deadlines.

We are looking for:

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently and use your own initiative to make decisions
  • Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel

A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.

What we can offer you

As a member of the Lettings Team, you will be part of a friendly, dedicated, and supportive working environment.

We invest in our people, and you will be able to develop your skills and learn new ones. This role offers a potential career within a successful and diverse organisation.

Some of our benefits include:

  • £450 yearly flexible benefit pot to use against benefits of your choice
  • Flexible working
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days)
  • A chance to buy or sell holiday as part of our flexible benefits package
  • A generous pension scheme matching up to 12%
  • You will be part of our Recognition scheme where you can be gifted retail vouchers
  • A range of wellbeing discounts including Gym Membership
