We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a part-time, permanent basis.
We can be flexible with the location of this role, with offices in Newbury, Basingstoke, Bristol, and Hurn.
You'll be working Monday - Thursday (29 hours) with a mix of working from home and in the office. There will be occasional travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and team meetings.
The starting salary is £19,197 - £21,946 depending on experience (£24,493 - £28,000 full-time equivalent).
Our Coordinators play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need.
You will support one of our lettings teams with administrative tasks such as advertising new lettings opportunities, liaising with customers, issuing and following up legal paperwork, data input across multiple systems, and tenancy setup.
This is a busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigating our in-house systems, and working to deadlines.

A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
