Gcb in Dunmow is seeking a Lettings Consultant to join a busy, award-winning property team. You will liaise with prospective tenants, match applicants to properties, coordinate viewings, and build strong landlord relationships.

The role offers full training, uncapped commission, and clear progression, with options for full-time or part-time work and birthday day off. Excellent customer service and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings/estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances.
• Match applicants with rental properties from the available portfolio.
• Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements.
• Undertake property valuations and present the company's services to prospective landlords.
• Conduct periodic property inspections.
• Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
