Leaders, part of LRG, is a well‑established property group in the UK, seeking an Assistant Lettings Manager in Warrington. The role focuses on growing lettings volume, leading the lettings team, and ensuring excellent customer care while meeting targets.

You will handle viewings, property appraisals, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of available properties. Requirements include prior lettings leadership experience, listing/valuation skills, strong negotiation, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager, with a proven track record in securing new business.
• Listing & valuation experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
• Be responsive to change.
• A full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
• Support the Lettings Manager with directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
• Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
• Accountable for quality of customer care.
• Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
• Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
• To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of available properties.
• Support and manage the overall success of the Lettings team.
