Loc8me is a fast growing, nationwide student lettings business seeking a Lettings Consultant in Loughborough. You will manage the full lettings process before tenancy starts, delivering a high-energy, professional experience that reflects the Loc8me brand.

You will build relationships, negotiate deals, manage enquiries and ensure each property and interaction meets high standards. A driven team supports ongoing success and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year property experience.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Willingness to travel between loc8me cities.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, trusted relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
• Delivering an exceptional end-to-end lettings experience.
• Managing enquiries and maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Advertising properties and proactively working our applicant database.
• Registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers and securing lets.
• Ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained.
• Supporting the Asset Management team during peak changeover.
• Getting involved in marketing campaigns and student events.

The Role – Lettings Consultant

As a Lettings Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, managing the full lettings process before a tenancy begins. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional and high energy experience that reflects the loc8me brand.

This is a fast paced, people focused role where no two days look the same. You’ll be building relationships, negotiating deals, managing enquiries and ensuring every property and every interaction meets our standards.

You’ll be part of a driven team who support each other, push each other, and celebrate success together.

Key duties and requirements include:

• Building strong, trusted relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
• Delivering an exceptional end-to-end lettings experience
• Managing enquiries and maintaining clear, professional communication
• Advertising properties and proactively working our applicant database
• Registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and securing lets
• Ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained

Details & Salary:

• £28,000 – £30,000
• Commission structure
• Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• 26 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
