Job summary

Regional Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Branch Manager for a busy estate agency branch in Birchington. You will take ownership of performance, growth and profitability, leading a team to deliver outstanding service throughout the property journey.

You will drive new instructions, convert valuations into sales and build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community, while leveraging autonomy to maximise earnings and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency and branch management experience.
• Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into sales.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Confident, driven and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
• Motivated by targets, performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of branch performance, profitability and growth.
• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team.
• Generate new instructions and convert valuations into sales.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local customers.
