FIT PROPERTY LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT LTD is recruiting a Lettings Apprentice in Sheffield to start a career in property and lettings. The role involves conducting property viewings, representing the company during viewings of student accommodation, collecting feedback, and following up with prospective tenants.

Travel between properties is expected, so a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
• College attendance required once per month at Hillsborough Campus or via Google Classroom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Represent Fit Property professionally during viewings of student accommodation.
• Collect and record viewing feedback.
• Follow up with prospective tenants after viewings.
• Support the office team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Conduct property inspections.
