Lettings Advisor - Central London

Location: Central London

Salary: £18,000 Basic + £30,000 3-Month Guarantee + £35,000 OTE

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays 10am-2pm

Transport: Pooled car available from the office

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new tenants for properties
• Negotiate rental agreements and manage the letting process
• Maintain relationships with landlords
• Respond to enquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
• Meet and exceed performance targets

Requirements:

• Experience within a relevant sales position, not necessarily property-related
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within Prime Central London market dealing with HNWIs
• Ability to think creatively and problem solve
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving goals

Package:

• £18,000 basic salary
• £30,000 earnings guarantee for the first 3 months
• £35,000+ On Target Earnings
• Pooled company car available from the office
• Based in Central London
• 1 in 2 weekends
• 9am-6pm weekday hours, 10am-2pm Saturday hours
