They are currently looking for a Lettings Administrator where you will ensure the admin side of their lettings and property management isaccurate, on time, and compliant. That means tenancy agreements that are right first time, deposits registered within the legal deadlines, safety certificates tracked so nothing lapses, and fees and arrears handled promptly.You’llalso be a friendly, professional first point of contact for landlord and tenant queries.

Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
