Savills in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agent to join our Leisure & Trade Agency team, specialising in the sale and acquisition of trading and operational assets across the leisure sector, including holiday parks, marinas, golf courses, pubs and other hospitality-led businesses.

This role supports clients through the full transaction lifecycle from initial appraisal and marketing through to negotiation and completion.

• Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations throughout the transaction cycle.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate marketing and transactional materials.
• Identify opportunities to grow Savills Leisure & Trade Agency's market presence in a fast-paced environment.
