Savills in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agent to join our Leisure & Trade Agency team, specialising in the sale and acquisition of trading and operational assets across the leisure sector, including holiday parks, marinas, golf courses, pubs and other hospitality-led businesses.

This role supports clients through the full transaction lifecycle from initial appraisal and marketing through to negotiation and completion.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Agent to join our Leisure & Trade Agency team, specialising in the sale and acquisition of trading and operational assets across the leisure sector, including holiday parks, marinas, golf courses, pubs and other hospitality-led businesses. This role provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile instructions, supporting clients through the full transaction lifecycle from initial appraisal and marketing through to negotiation and completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, conducting property inspections, preparing marketing and transactional materials, and identifying opportunities to grow the team's market presence. We are open to candidates from a variety of property backgrounds. Whether your experience has been gained within residential or commercial agency, we’re looking for individuals with strong transactional skills, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing a career within the specialist Leisure & Trade sector.
