Job summary

TML Recruitment is partnering with a national property consultancy to recruit an Associate Director & Director for the Leisure team. You will own valuation and advisory work across pubs, bars, boutique hotels and other hospitality assets, with a clear route to Director and equity for high performers.

You will lead client relationships, grow the business and work across regions with hybrid and flexible working. MRICS and Red Book experience are essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS with a minimum of three years PQE.
• RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Solid Red Book valuation experience (secured lending or bank valuation advantageous).
• Proven report writing ability and attention to detail; proficient with Excel and Word.
• A full driving licence and willingness to visit properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide valuation and advisory services across trading and leisure property including pubs, bars, boutique accommodation and hotels.
• Lead client relationships with ownership and business development responsibilities.
• Collaborate with regional teams; participate in lending, private client, and pension work.
• Travel within a two-hour radius and operate with hybrid/flexible working.
