Warner Hotels Group's Studley Castle is seeking a Leisure Team Member to join our hospitality team. You will lead daily leisure activities, coach the team and host activities from rifle shooting to archery for guests enjoying a countryside break.

We offer a hourly rate up to £12.71, live-in options, gym access, meal discounts and extensive staff benefits. Candidates with lifeguard experience and RLSS qualification are encouraged to apply.

Upto £12.71 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As a Leisure Team Member you will lead and coach the teams’ daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.

You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure.
• Great customer service skills.
• Able to pick up new skills quickly.
• Lifeguarding experience is essential
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full.

What skills do I need?

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy.
