Job summary

Warner Hotels in Harrogate is seeking a Leisure Team Member to lead and coach the team’s daily activities across all areas of responsibility. You will help host a variety of activities throughout the day, from rifle shooting to archery, ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

Essentially, you will demonstrate enthusiastic service, engage with guests, and provide exceptional customer care while maintaining a safe, clean environment in the leisure department. A live-in option may be available.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS) is essential.
• Work independently and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leisure department.
• Engage with guests and host activities to ensure a great holiday experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team’s daily activities across all areas of responsibility.
• Host a variety of activities from rifle shooting to archery for guests.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming leisure environment in line with Health & Safety policies.
