Job summary

Haulfryn is hiring Leisure Assistants and Lifeguards for our Warren site. You will help keep pools and leisure facilities safe, engage guests with activities, and manage equipment setup and teardown.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive safety mindset. A flexible schedule including weekends/evenings is preferred, with in-house lifeguard training offered for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Desirable NPLQ certificate and willingness to complete in-house lifeguard training.
• Strong communication and guest engagement across all ages.
• Flexible with hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Lifeguard indoor/outdoor pools and respond to emergencies as required.
• Deliver engaging activity sessions and supervise leisure activities.
• Set up and pack away leisure equipment between activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across leisure facilities.
• Support guests with general enquiries to ensure a positive experience.
