Job summary

TML Recruitment is assisting a national property consultancy in recruiting Associate Director & Director, Leisure roles across regions. You will lead valuation and advisory work for pubs, bars, hotels, and boutique accommodations, with ownership of client relationships and a clear path to Director and equity.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working, with travel within a two-hour radius of home. Requirements include MRICS with at least three years PQE, RICS Registered Valuer status, Red Book

Qualifications

• MRICS with a minimum of three years PQE and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Solid Red Book valuation experience (secured lending or bank valuation experience is a real advantage).
• Strong report writing and a good eye for detail; comfortable with Excel and Word.
• Full driving licence and willingness to get out and see property.
• Genuine interest in the trading and leisure sector; pub or hotel experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide valuation and advisory services across a broad range of trading and leisure property: pubs, bars and hotels.
• Manage own patch and client relationships, backed by a senior team; focus on leadership and succession.
• Travel within regions with a two-hour radius; collaborate on regional strategy; hybrid/flexible working.
• Support business development and networking to grow the team's market presence.
