Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a proactive Leisure Team Leader to run shifts on the gym and pool floor, coaching Leisure Assistants and ensuring the club looks immaculate. You’ll handle guest concerns on the spot and maintain high standards to protect our brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced leisure environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Running the shift as the visible leader on the gym and pool floor.
• The Guest Experience: Handling member complaints and solving problems on the spot to protect the club's reputation.
• The Team Development: Coaching the crew, assisting with rotas, training and inductions.
• The Operational Standards: Enforcing health and safety rules, managing cleanliness, and prep for each shift.
