Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Run the shift as the visible leader on the gym and pool floor, ensuring standards are flawless and the team stays motivated.
• The Guest Experience: Handle member complaints and problems on the spot to protect the club's reputation when managers are away.
• The Team Development: Assist with daily rotas, training, and inductions to help team members grow their skills and careers.
• The Operational Standards: Enforce health and safety rules, manage cleanliness, and keep the club ready for every shift.
