Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Leisure Operations Manager for Brand Standards and Member Experience. You will lead the front of house, drive member events and engagement, and maximize retail opportunities to deliver a premium Village welcome.

Successful candidates will have hospitality management experience, strong people skills, and a passion for building community within a fast-paced leisure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or leisure management.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Own the welcome and first/last impression of the club.
• Drive member events and engagement to build a community.
• Lead Leisure Retail offering; ensure displays, stock movement and upselling.
• Audit and enforce brand standards across the club.
