Job summary

Crowne Plaza London Docklands is seeking a lively Leisure Club Attendant to ensure guest safety, deliver friendly service, and support club operations in the Royal Docks property.

You will handle reservations, respond to guest needs, assist the Leisure Club Manager, and help maintain cleanliness and water quality, with a focus on teamwork, energy, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

To create and take advantage of sales opportunities in order to maximise club revenue, answering telephones promptly and correctly to maximise business and minimise guest frustration.
To assist Leisure Club Manager in general club administration.
To carry out water quality tests and react to results.
To ensure the club including changing facilities are clean at all times.
To open and close the club in accordance with club procedures.
To be responsible for monies taken, tills cashed up and placed in safe in accordance with hotel procedures.
To ensure general day to day operations are completed to ensure smooth and efficient running of the club.
Any reasonable task asked of you by the Leisure Club Manager, supervisor, senior hotel employees and colleagues
