Job summary

Accor seeks a Leisure Supervisor for the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel and Spa to oversee and enhance our leisure services. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering guest-focused leisure experiences, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and engaging programs are delivered to guests.

The role requires strong hospitality background, excellent communication, and a passion for innovative leisure activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a diverse team in hospitality.
• Strong guest service orientation in a leisure/fitness environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for developing engaging leisure activities for guests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leisure strategies to engage guests.
• Oversee daily operations of leisure facilities, ensuring maintenance and safety.
• Supervise and train staff in guest services and standards.
• Maintain inventory of leisure equipment and supplies.
• Assist the Leisure club manager with club memberships and pool safety.
