Job summary

Bespoke is seeking a Leisure & Wellbeing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the gym, leisure club and spa within our hotel portfolio. You will drive excellent guest experiences, maintain safety standards, and oversee staff performance and budgets.

The role requires experience in leisure/hospitality management, a focus on customer service, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Be part of a growing, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work certification (desirable).
• Pool Plant Operations qualification (desirable).
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of leisure, gym, and spa facilities.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Lead health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Deliver outstanding service to members and hotel guests.
