Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of all leisure areas including gym, pool, and courts.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences through high service standards.
• Develop innovative fitness and wellbeing programs to increase engagement.
• Drive padel court occupancy and achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all facilities.
