Village Hotel Club is looking for an energetic Leisure Club Manager to keep our clubs running smoothly and to deliver outstanding member experiences. You’ll work alongside the Leisure Club Manager to lead a team, coach staff on the gym floor and pool areas, and ensure efficient operations across all facilities.

You’ll motivate others, drive high standards of customer service, and foster a fun, inclusive environment that reflects the Village Way. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fitness and leisure facilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong focus on delivering high levels of member experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking.
• DBS check required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate leisure club teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations from poolside to gym floor.
• Ensure member satisfaction through efficient processes and standards.
