Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Leisure Club Assistant on an occasional worker basis to help deliver a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained leisure experience for guests.

You will greet guests, support front desk duties, supervise pool and gym areas, assist with classes, and ensure health and safety protocols are followed. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are available; first aid certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a front-facing role.
• First Aid and CPR certification desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work across shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: greet guests and provide facility information.
• Facility maintenance: keep areas clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Pool and gym supervision: monitor activity to ensure safety.
• Programme support: assist with group classes and one-on-one sessions.
• Administrative duties: handle bookings, payments, and memberships.
• Health and safety: perform checks and report issues.
