Valor Hospitality Careers - UK is seeking a Leisure Club Assistant at Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead to help deliver a high‑quality leisure experience for guests. You’ll support the smooth operation of the facilities, keeping areas clean, safe and welcoming.

Duties include greeting guests, handling bookings and payments, supervising pool and gym activities, assisting with group classes, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in leisure or hospitality.
• First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle bookings and payments at front desk.
• Supervise pool and gym areas ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with delivery of leisure programmes and group classes.
• Carry out administrative duties and respond to membership inquiries.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report issues promptly.
