Carden Park Hotel Ltd is seeking a Leisure Club Assistant to join Team Carden. The role offers part-time and full-time contracts (24–40 hours) with an hourly rate up to £12.71. You will welcome guests, assist with enquiries, and help run the busy Leisure Club, including inductions and admin duties.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, a friendly approach, and a genuine interest in fitness, with opportunities for progression and staff perks. A vehicle is advised due to rural location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and members with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the busy Leisure Club, including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with new member inductions and provide a warm introduction to the club.
• Complete light cleaning and general housekeeping duties to maintain high standards.
• Carry out routine pool water testing and ensure standards are maintained.
• Support with general reception and administrative duties.
