Job summary

Carden Park Hotel in Chester is seeking a friendly Leisure Club Assistant to join Team Carden. The role offers part-time and full-time contracts (24–40 hours) with an hourly rate of up to £12.71.

You will welcome guests, support day-to-day Leisure Club operations, assist with inductions, and help with reception and admin tasks. A background in a leisure, hotel, or customer-facing environment is desirable, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and members with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the busy Leisure Club, including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with new member inductions and provide a warm introduction to the club.
• Complete light cleaning and general housekeeping duties to maintain high standards.
• Carry out routine pool water testing and ensure standards are maintained.
• Support with general reception and administrative duties.

Role - Leisure Club Assistant

Hours - Part time & Full time available (between 24 and 40 hour contracts available)

Hourly rate - Up to £12.71 per hour

If you have previous experience working within a leisure club or hotel environment, bring an energetic and friendly approach to your work, and have a genuine interest in fitness, we’d love you to join the Team Carden family. You’ll also have excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for our guests and members.

Your Day With Team Carden
