Job summary

Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Leisure Club Assistant to join Team Carden. The role offers part-time and full-time contracts (24–40 hours) with an hourly rate up to £12.71, based in Ellesmere Port.

You will welcome guests, assist with membership inductions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming leisure area. We value friendly, proactive team players with a genuine interest in fitness and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leisure, hotel or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a busy leisure environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests and members with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the busy Leisure Club, including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with new member inductions and provide a warm introduction to the club.
• Complete light cleaning and general housekeeping duties to maintain high standards.
• Carry out routine pool water testing and ensure standards are maintained.
• Support with general reception and administrative duties.

Role - Leisure Club Assistant

Hours - Part time & Full time available (between 24 and 40 hour contracts available)

If you have previous experience working within a leisure club or hotel environment, bring an energetic and friendly approach to your work, and have a genuine interest in fitness, we'd love you to join the Team Carden family. You'll also have excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for our guests and members.

Your day with Team Carden:
