Qualifications

• Experience in the Security Industry and Cleaning.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance priorities and workloads.
• Holds SIA Security Licence – Security Guard / Door Supervisor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the service level on shift.
• Manage shift team: rotas, briefings, attendance and holidays.
• Monitor daily duties to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Lead by example to foster team spirit and open communication.
