Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for one of its leisure centres across England. The role involves leading a team of operational staff, managing daily duty operations, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will contribute to centre performance, support events, and uphold safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a Duty Management or similar role.
• Experience in managing a team of staff and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Wamiliarity with leisure centre operations and budgets is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS check (background safeguarding)

Responsibilities

• Active management and development of a team of operational staff.
• Oversee day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre to a high standard.
• Contribute to and understand the centre's business and budgetary performance.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team and drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate passion for the industry through ongoing professional development.
