Job summary

BH Live is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor at Littledown to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our leisure centre. You will work hands-on with the housekeeping team to ensure every area meets our stringent quality expectations.

You will manage workload, monitor daily duties, maintain accurate records, and lead by example through practical cleaning duties. Strong leadership, customer service focus, and calm handling of busy periods are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (4/C or above) required.
• Supervisory/management qualification desirable.
• Health & Safety qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload fairly across the housekeeping team.
• Monitor daily duties and maintain records; report issues to the Customer Operations Manager.
• Lead the housekeeping team by performing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards.
• Minimise complaints about housekeeping standards and ensure policy compliance.
