Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Catering & Hospitality Manager at The Marina Centre in England. You will oversee the catering function, lead your team, and ensure high-quality, Costa Coffee-standard service. You’ll train staff, manage rostering, and adapt the offer to community needs while handling seasonal trends.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and financial targets in a vibrant leisure setting.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a catering role.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience of rota management and rostering.
• Experience in customer service and problem solving.
• Experience of managing or contributing to income targets.
• Experience of stock management including ordering and rotation.
• Ability to build, lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good IT skills with reporting and data interpretation.
• Team-oriented approach cross-teams.
