Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland in Whinfell Forest is seeking a Leisure Bookings Advisor / Activity Host on a fixed-term contract. You will help guests book activities, hire equipment and enjoy a seamless leisure experience, including evenings and weekends.

The role requires a part-time schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 32 or 128 hours over a 4-week period, and a supportive team with in-role training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Friendly, approachable customer service attitude.
• Comfortable using IT systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment.
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks.
• Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio.
• Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive.
