Delta Hotels By Marriott St Pierre Country Club in Chepstow is seeking a dedicated hospitality associate to join our team. You will help deliver memorable guest experiences, maintain standards, and support daily operations in a luxury club setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle duties according to hotel policies, procedures, and cash handling standards.
• Be knowledgeable about daily operations/classes in the club.
• Manage messages and mail with confidentiality of guest/member information.
• Ensure personal appearance and grooming standards are met.
• Maintain tidiness in Club areas and a clean, safe appearance of the Club and related areas.
• Ensure fitness equipment/fabric/furniture are clean and operational.
• Assist with general duties to ensure smooth department operations.
• Ensure monies are recorded and stored according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Here's what your journey with us entails:

• To handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards, conforming to cash handling procedures at all times.
• Be knowledgeable about the daily operations/classes in the club.
• To handle all messages and/or mail in the correct manner, ensuring confidentiality of guest/member information at all times.
• To ensure that personal appearance and company/hotel grooming standards are complied with at all times.
• To maintain tidiness in all Club areas and to maintain a tidy, safe and clean appearance of the Club and ancillary areas.
• To ensure that the fitness equipment, fabric, furniture and fittings are maintained in an operational, clean and tidy condition at all times.
• To assist with general duties in the Club, to ensure the smooth running of the department
• To ensure that all monies are held in a proper manner, recorded and locked away in accordance with company standards.

Safety and Company Policies:

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support the team to reach common goals.
