Delta Hotels by Marriott Manchester Airport is seeking a guest-focused Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, answer calls and assist with inquiries about club services and facilities.

You will manage bookings, maintain accurate records, process payments, coordinate with other departments and uphold safety and hygiene standards to ensure a memorable Marriott experience. This role requires a positive attitude and strong communication in a busy hotel lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
