Village Hotels Bournemouth is seeking a Leisure Assistant to help run our clubs smoothly and ensure high-quality facilities for guests. You’ll care for public areas, studios, the gym floor and poolside, keeping spaces pristine and safe while delivering excellent guest experiences.

As part of our team you’ll respond to poolside alarms, support safety procedures and show enthusiasm for hospitality, leisure and fitness.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness.
• Able to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure member satisfaction.
• Solutions oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen.
• Work in compliance with company and legal guidelines to keep everyone safe.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across public areas, studios, gym floor and poolside.
• Respond to poolside alarms and take action to ensure member safety and perform rescues if needed.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a friendly, proactive attitude.
